Historical logs

Hi I have configured Sophos Reporter to read current logs from Sophos XG230 firewall and it seems to be missing the path to the historical logs on the XG230 firewall. Fastvue is showing one issue: fatal, update, the path is not of legal form. When I edit the source in fastvue then the log folder path is missing. What is the correct path?

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

Unfortunately, Sophos have not implemented the ability to export historical logs off the box as they have in Sophos UTM (SG), so our 'Import historical logs' feature does not work with the XG platform.

Hopefully, Sophos will implement a 'Remote Log Archive' feature, or the ability to download historical logs manually, like they have in Sophos UTM (SG) platform soon.

In the meantime, uncheck the 'Import historical logs' option in Fastvue Reporter's source.
